Following the appeals received, the Ministry of Health published on Tuesday, 13 July 2021, the final list of projects admitted after the first evaluation stage (formal evaluation stage) within the open call for project proposals no. 1 “Improving the access to health care services for vulnerable groups, including Roma”.

The Ministry of Health has published, on Friday, June 11, 2021, the list of projects admitted after the first evaluation stage (formal evaluation and eligibility) within the open call for project proposals no. 1 “Improving the access to health care services for vulnerable groups, including Roma”
Publishing the Corrigendum no 2 to Applicant Guide for the Open Call for Proposals nr. 1: Improving the access to health care services for vulnerable groups, including Roma
On 01st of February 2021, the Ministry of Health, Programme Operator for European Public Health Challenges Programme financed by EEA Grants 2014-2021, has published the Corrigendum no 2 to Applicant Guide for the Open Call for Proposals nr. 1: Improving the access to health care services for vulnerable groups, including Roma.
The changes to Applicant Guide are the following:
- to extend with 2 months the deadline of submission of the applications, i.e. 30th of March 2021;
The deadline for submitting the applications is 30th of March 2021.

Publishing the Corrigendum no 1 to Applicant Guide for the Open Call for Proposals nr. 1: Improving the access to health care services for vulnerable groups, including Roma
On 8th of December 2020, the Ministry of Health, Programme Operator for European Public Health Challenges Programme financed by EEA Grants 2014-2021, has published the Corrigendum no 1 to Applicant Guide for the Open Call for Proposals nr. 1: Improving the access to health care services for vulnerable groups, including Roma.
The changes to Applicant Guide are the following:
- to extend with 1 month the deadline of submission of the applications, i.e. 04th of February 2021;
- to clearly mention the possibility for PPs to purchase mobile facilities in order to improve the access to healthcare services (ex. ambulances, caravans and mobile cabinets/labs made from containers or other materials);
- reformulation of annexes 2, 4 and 5 to Applicant Guide for extending the eligibility of the renovation works.
The deadline for submitting the applications is 04 February 2021.
Also, in order to support the potential applicants, a list containing the frequent asked questions received by Programme Operator was published.

Launching the Open Call for Proposals nr. 1: Improving the access to health care services for vulnerable groups, including Roma
On 30th of September 2020, the Ministry of Health, Programme Operator for European Public Health Challenges Programme financed by EEA Grants 2014-2021, has launched for the Open Call for Proposals nr. 1: Improving the access to health care services for vulnerable groups, including Roma.

The call is dedicated to local authorities, Public Health Directorates, hospitals and other public authorities for direct measures to improve health services especially for vulnerable groups (mother and child health, prevention of infectious diseases, prevention of non-communicable diseases), investments in preventive healthcare infrastructure and IT training and information and awareness campaigns.
The allocated budget is 9.000.000 euro (85%- EEA Grants 2014-2021 and 15% public cofinancing provided by the Ministry of Health). The value of a project within this call can be between 500,000 and 1,000,000 euro.
During the period when the call for project proposals is open, the Ministry of Health could provide, upon request, with help-desk services (information and clarifications).
